Simethicone Dose in Adults

Simethicone Dose in the treatment of Gas retention:

• The usual dosage is 40-125 mg taken orally four times a day, after meals and before bed.
• After meals or at sleep, it can be taken as a standard dose of up to 160 – 500 mg.
• The maximum dose should not exceed 500 mg/day.
