What is Lofgren's syndrome, Mickulicz syndrome & Heerfordt syndrome? 

Herefordt's Syndrome : Also called uveoparotid fever is a variant of sarcoidosis comprising of parotid enlargement, fever, facial palsy and anterior uveitis. 

Lofgren's Syndrome: Variant of sarcoidosis characterised by erythema nodusum, peripheral arthropathy, uveitis, bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy, lethargy and occasional fever.

Mikulicz's Syndrome: Also called benign lymphoepithelial lesion is an autoimmune disease characterised by bilateral, diffuse and painless enlargement of lacrimal and salivary glands. It can occur secondary to other diseases like sarcoidosis,  SLE and lymphoma
