Body Mass Index (BMI) is a widely used indicator of healthy body weight based on your height and weight. It is calculated as:
            BMI = weight (kg) / [height (m)]2
            
                - BMI is a quick screening tool for weight categories: underweight, normal, overweight, and obesity.
 
                - BMI does not measure body fat directly, but it correlates with more direct measures of body fat.
 
                - It is less accurate for athletes and the elderly.
 
            
            BMI Categories (WHO):
                
                    - Underweight: < 18.5
 
                    - Normal weight: 18.5 – 24.9
 
                    - Overweight: 25 – 29.9
 
                    - Obese: 30 or higher
